Terms & Conditions Prices quoted are for new equipment (except where expressly stated as "VALUEPLUS" equipment, being equipment that has previously been on rental). Prices quoted include Damage Liability Waiver. Damage Liability Waiver may be waived provided that the customer has a satisfactory household insurance cover, which can be provided for the length of the contract. All new customers will be charged an Establishment Fee of $37.00. Existing customers may be subject to an Administration Fee of $15 per contract. Normal credit criteria apply. All contracts are subject to the customer meeting DTR's credit criteria. While DTR has made every effort to ensure prices are correct, DTR reserves the right to correct prices and/or payment terms if incorrect, without notice.
